My Story

My name is ENGR. ISHTIAQUE AHMED, and I am an ICT & Media Consultant, Creative Designer and Freelancer living in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Now I am working in a multi-disciplinary consultant team of Local Government COVID-19 Response and Recovery Project (LGCRRP) of LGED funded by the Word Bank as MIS Analyst.

I have almost Eleven (11) years’ experience in the field of ICT, MIS, Project Management, and Freelancing. Among them, I was involved for about Ten (10) years in Urban Projects (Municipal Governance & Services Project-MGSP, City Region Development Project-CRDP) and MIS unit of Local Government Engineering Department (LGED).

In those projects and unit, my prime responsibilities were to provide technical support to Municipality through Web-based Application, Mobile Application, ICT & MIS support, Data Security and Management, Data Backup, Network Management, Software and Hardware Troubleshoot, GIS Data Collection & Analysis, Map Preparation, Reporting, Event Management and Municipality capacity building through ICT. Moreover, I was involved in ICT based project management of Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) and Municipalities.
